One of the hardest working promoters and talent buyers in the North American electronic music scene, Justin has been responsible for touring numerous acts, across North America & beyond since 2003.
He owns and operates Nexus Artist Management, along-side Chris Pattison (Co-owner) and together they have worked with some of the biggest Producers and DJs in the dance music world.
Outside of the booking agency, Justin finds his place in the DJ booth as well. Playing everything from deep house to techno, his dance floor deliveries are both technical and sophisticated in sound. Justin has played countless shows over the years at venues like Halcyon and Orchard Bar in N.Y.C., the Winter Music Conference in Miami and Ambrosia Ultra-Lounge in Hawaii, just to name a few. Currently a resident DJ and the lead promoter at the Northeast United States, long-running electronic music series Sunday Night Mass, a night that has been showcasing top-flight DJs from around the world since 1998.
Justin has brought hundreds of events to life in the Green Mountains of Vermont. In the early 2000’s Nexus Artists threw some of the most memorable all-night electronic music events Vermont has ever experienced. Along-side counterpart Chris Pattison they produced event’s such as Fundamental, Germinate, Back 2 the New School, Synergy, To The Beat Of The Heart (Cupid’s Revenge), Revolver (series), Fundamental 2 and Don’t Sweat the Technics (which was later made into a mini documentary produced by Derek Lee and Craig Mitchell, depicting the events and Burlington electronic music culture at the peak of ’90s underground rave culture). These were key events that would play an important role in the development of electronic music culture in Vermont and beyond.
Nexus Artists *official* launch event, dubbed ABUNDANCE, was the first New England Electronic Music Festival taking place in 2002. The event featured 50 DJs & live Acts from six different countries on two separate stages in northern Vermont. The festival remains the single largest outdoor electronic music event in the area to date.
